Caila works within our Professional Services Team, partnering with our charity and third sector clients. We sat down with Caila for an enlightening Q&A sessions, read on to find out more.
What’s your favourite way to unwind?
Hiking is easily up there with my favourite activities. We’re so lucky to be so close to the Mournes, if you haven’t made it up yet I would highly recommend a sunrise hike at the weekend!
What’s your favourite thing about working in charity recruitment?
It has to be the awareness this brings me, the number of significant charities based is Belfast is staggering, all with their own important purpose which is so necessary to the growth and development of us as individuals and N.I. as a collective.
What is your best recruitment success story?
Partnering with new charities is brilliant, I love building new relationships with clients. In December I was able to secure three unique positions with one organisation, all my candidates were interviewed, offered and then started the following month – what a great way to start 2024!
Favourite thing about working in recruitment?
I absolutely love the amount of people I get to speak with daily, being trusted in both supporting candidates to find their dream role and supporting clients in bringing valued individuals into their team is something I take pride in.
