Transport Coordinator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a successful construction business, to recruit a Transport Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role of a Transport Coordinator is a critical role within the business as you will be responsible for planning and executing routes to ensure both equipment and fleet arrive on time to sites. The successful candidate will organise all servicing, maintenance and MOT for both fleet and plant machinery. You should be proactive in ensuring all plant are utilised when needed, logged and monitored to ensure maximum vehicle utilisation.

The right person for this role will need to have experience with heavy plant machinery, have strong IT skills, excellent organisation and time management skills with an attitude to succeed.

The package for this role is a competitive salary of £27k - £30k alongside company benefits. The business has a lovely modern office based in Newry, providing sociable working hours and no weekend work.
