The Company
Our Client is a leading provider based in Co. Antrim. They are going through a period of impressive growth and seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their thriving team.
The Role
The Sales Support Administrator will contribute to onboarding new customers by handling inbound and outbound calls. They will book key appointments for the sales team and update relevant record when necessary. The Sales Support Administrator will ensure operations run smoothly by:
* Having strong interpersonal skills and being able to excel in customer service duties with team members and customers
* Be able to maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in tasks that they are assigned
* Maintaining and managing schedules, whilst being extremely organised within the company
* Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a high paced office environment
The Person
The right person for the Sales Support Administrator role will bring strong customer service and communication experience ensuring that they have a genuine interest in supporting the business. They will possess a positive, proactive attitude and confidently be able to handle high volume tasks. The right person will be organised in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
The Sales Support Administrator role offers a salary of £23,800 with the opportunity of hybrid working which include 3 days working from home. Working in an amazing location in Co. Antrim, this role will offer free on-site parking. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm with a rotating evening shift every 3 weeks. The evening shift will be 11:00am- 7:00pm on a Tuesday.
