Sales Support Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an innovative design and fit out company, to recruit for a sales administrator to become an important addition of their fantastic team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has an interest in design and wants to be part of a top-class working environment.

As sales administrator, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails, dealing with customer queries and directing calls to the appropriate sales representative. This varied role presents the opportunity to be involved in sales order processing, document preparation, sales team support and other general administrative duties.

The right person for this role will have proficiency in the Microsoft applications, or equivalent systems and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Experience working in customer service and/or relatable sales support roles is essential and a keen interest in design would be advantageous.
