Sales Support Admin (Hybrid)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Sales Support Administrator. This role requires a candidate who is available for an immediate start. Based in Antrim, remote and hybrid working options, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, opportunity for temp to perm.

The Client is going through a period of impressive growth and is seeking someone to join their Sales Support team. They are a well-known provider in Northern Ireland with an exceptional reputation.

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for onboarding new domestic and commercial customers. They will be required to update records, collate key sales data and contact customers through telephone and email. The Sales Support Administrator will support the acquisition of new customers and work as part of a team to achieve performance targets.

The right person for this role will be a driven individual with demonstrable customer service or sales experience. They will have strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office. Desirable is to have experience gained from a utilities or contact centre environment.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £11-£12 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm with a rotating evening shift every 3 weeks. The evening shift will be 10:00am- 6:00pm or 11:00am- 7:00pm on a Tuesday. Hybrid working or remote working options available. The office is based in Antrim.
