Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Receptionist in Belfast. This role requires a candidate who is available for an immediate start and has reception or administration experience. Full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, based in Belfast.
The Client is a not-for-profit organisation that has an exceptional reputation and state-of-the-art facilities.
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors in their Belfast office. They will be required to assist visitors and members with queries and provide support to the administration team through data entry and desk research.
The right person for this role will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in an administration or reception role. They will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers an hourly rate of £10.50. They will be required to work Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. The office is based in Belfast.
