Receptionist (Dungannon)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Receptionist on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business based in Dungannon. The role offers an excellent salary and flexible, full-time working hours.

The Receptionist will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and visitors via telephone and in person. They will provide corporate hospitality for meetings and be the point of contact for all office orders. The receptionist will be responsible for making international travel arrangements and support a number of departments within the business. This role is fast paced and varied.

The right person for this role will be happy to complete ad-hoc tasks and be proactive. They will enjoy working within a busy environment and be comfortable dealing with staff at all levels. The right person will have a strong customer service background and administration experience. They will have excellent IT skills and experience working with the Microsoft Suite.

The role is a 12-month contract and offers a salary of £25,000. It is based in Dungannon and offers flexible working hours. Additional benefits can be discussed upon application.
