Receptionist (Carrickfergus)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a long-standing law firm, to recruit a temporary Receptionist. Based in Carrickfergus, this role offers an excellent hourly rate and full-time hours. Temporary with the potential to be permanent.

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls and conveying detailed messages to the solicitors. They will liaise with counsel and clients while maintaining confidentiality and security of the firm and client documentation. The receptionist will respond to emails and assist the solicitors through audio typing and file organisation.

The right person for this role should have reception or legal secretary experience. They should have audio typing experience and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. The receptionist will need to be proficient in Microsoft office.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £10-11 depending on experience. The hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The office is in Carrickfergus.
