Receptionist

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a youth led organisation, to recruit a part-time temporary receptionist. Based in Belfast, the client is known for advocating, promoting and fighting for the rights of young people. Temp to potential perm, excellent hourly rates, flexible working hours.

The client is known for supporting young people to affect positive change for themselves and for their communities. They work on a wide range of exciting projects across the communities and organise events, conferences and seminars based on issues that are important to young people.

The receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors in their Belfast office as well as servicing meetings, providing corporate hospitality, finance administration and general reception duties. This is a role that has opportunity for long-term progression.

The person for this role will be a natural people person, empathetic and enjoy working in a buzzing team environment. They should have a track record of working in a receptionist or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.

This role offers an hourly rate ranging between £10-12 per hour depending on experience. They will be required to work 25 hours per week. The office is in the Belfast city centre.
