Project Lead

Honeycomb are seeking a Project Lead to join their client's Change Management Department. Our client is a leading retail bank within Northern Ireland who puts their staff and customers at the heart of everything they do.

This role will be a full time temporary ongoing position working a 35 hour week 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
The Role:
Leadership of projects, tasks and support activities within the Change Management team. This involves: Personally leading Change Manager Projects - ensuring through the use of Traditional Waterfall and Agile project management disciplines that all project activities are successfully completed and are aligned to Bank / Group strategy and values, and the achievement of agreed costs, benefits and customer outcomes.
Essential Criteria

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing projects with high complexity
• Strong stakeholder engagement
