Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Construction Document Management company to recruit for a Project Administrator to join their high performing team based in South Dublin. The role is full time and permanent with excellent opportunity for career progression.
The Client
The Client is a respected and established Document Management company that service the Construction Industry. They work with some of Ireland's biggest Construction companies and continue to grow year on year. The client provides document management services as well as having their own bespoke document management system.
The role
The role of Project Administrator will be to assist the Project manager with a range of project timeline support and document management / collection. Typical duties would include:
- Managing the flow of documentation and data to the uploader platform
- Assisting Project Managers with the compilation and checking of the digital handover files.
- Ensuring all documentation is named as per the Client naming convention
- Collaboratively liaising, requesting, analysing and coordinating information required on multiple projects and ensuring scheduled information handover deadlines are adhered to.
- Coordination and validation of all digital handover documentation in line with the company and client requirements.
- Digitising of Clients Asset Information into the company Platform
- Enabling the integration and co-ordination of information files within the company Platform
Essential Criteria
- 2+ years administration / document management experience.
- Interested in a career in project management / document management
Package
- Salary - €30 - €40K depending on skills and experience.
