Honeycomb is partnering exclusively with our confidential Healthcare relative client to recruit for an applicably experienced Practice Manager. This rare and excellent opportunity sits initially as temporary but can lead to permanency. Greater Belfast with a flexible and attractive package.
The Client - This highly reputable practice operates in alignment with a range of public sector stakeholders to ensure they provide the utmost level of service and care to their service users. With governance and provision of care across a catchment area consisting of over 5,500 patients, this client is currently open to market via confidential means on the search for a premium calibre candidate to fulfil an exciting stimulus/ remit in order to support the Partners of the Practice. As the post-holder is retiring; this role is being initially considered 'temporary' with the view of permanency. Excellent holidays; pension and free parking space. Consideration for a Hybrid / Flexi working policy.
Parameters: Typically 37.5 hours per week with an option to fulfil a pro-rata'd package of 30 hours per week.

The Role - An integral role which is considered to be of a business-critical nature. Duties will include but not be limited to the following range of deliverables (please note that full JD & Benefits will be issued upon successful shortlisting throughout application):
- Business; Operational and Staff Management [Responsibility for 10+ staff]
- Governance Management inclusive of Information Management and regulatory reporting to Committee level
- Effective management of the Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS)
- Equality & Complaints management
- Budgetary Oversight / approval
- Policy Reviewal and implementation
- Internal Audits
- Influence across a range of internal strategic decisions
- BACS Payroll (small element that can be trained)
The Person - The post-holder will be required to meet the following criterion prior to reaching the next stage of the campaign:
- Applicable experience of 3+ years' throughout a similar or 'like-minded' role or setting.
- Specific experience of applicable governance or 'Corporate Services' reporting.
- Stakeholder Management experience throughout a formal and corporate capacity
- Use of current IT packages, in particular Outlook/Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Excel.
- Suitable or applicable Continued Professional Development (Diploma level or above).
DESIRABLE: Due to the nature of this post; it would be of preference to have:
- Healthcare Management Experience AND/OR Qualifications
