Pension & Investment Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a high performing Wealth Management practice based in Dublin city, to recruit for a Pension & Investment Administrator. This role is permanent and full time with excellent opportunity for growth & progression.

The Client

The Client is a high performing Wealth Management practice based in Dublin city centre. They are in a growth phase, acquiring new business and are expanding their team. They offer hybrid working.

The Role

The role of Investment & Pension Administrator will be to support the Advisors with a range of finance administration, including:

• Organising meetings & setting up new files
• Processing new business applications
• Making any adjustments to policies
• Liaising with providers on application status
• Point of contact for client inquiries
• Updating internal systems

Essential Criteria

To apply for this role you must have at least 3 years Pension or Investment Administration experience, preferably in a Brokerage environment, though not essential.

Package

• €42 - €45K depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus of €2K (Up to €8k per year)
• 28 days leave + stats
