The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees worldwide.
  • Maintaining records related to new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits elections.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
  • Providing support in responding to employee payroll queries.
  • Exercising discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
  • Utilising strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Essential Criteria Candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of two year's previous experience in a Payroll position.
  • Experience in reviewing and verifying payroll data for accuracy, processing payroll adjustments, and corrections.
  • Proven experience in the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
