Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit for an Office Administrator on a 9-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading energy business based in Antrim. Our client is experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting time to be part of their expanding team.

The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams and will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships by providing regular updates and addressing general inquiries.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive handover packs for customers.
- Drafting and sending customer proposals in a timely manner.
- Collaborating closely with sales executives, offering ad-hoc administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will be positive, motivated, and passionate about championing the business. They will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. With a keen eye for detail, they will bring exceptional accuracy, strong IT skills, and excellent organisation skills. The candidate will be a true advocate for outstanding customer service, and will ensure that every interaction they are reflecting company's commitment to excellence.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and an early finish on Fridays. The role is based in Antrim, office-based, and is a 9-month contract opportunity.
