Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a reputable Construction business, to recruit for an Office Administrator to join their team based just outside of Newry. Due to continual growth, this makes it an excellent time to join a well-established business.

The Role

  • Assisting with a wide range of day-to-day office co-ordination duties, including invoicing, travel co-ordination, diary management and ordering office supplies.
  • Providing a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, assisting with general queries, call allocation and scheduling work orders.
  • Accurate data entry ensuring all systems are kept up to date, and essential documents are managed accordingly.
  • Handle general account and order queries via both phone and email.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel, to produce regular reports.

The Person

  • A competent individual coming ideally with financial/strong administrative experience.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, with experience in data entry.
  • Strong systems experience, particularly Excel, Sage would be advantageous.
  • Positive, can-do attitude who thrives working both individually and as a team.

The Package

The package for this role offers a competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000, alongside wider benefits. The working hours of this role are Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, growing team.
