How will your days look?
This role will play a key part in the smooth running of the office, supporting the team and developing on administrative skills.
Some main responsibilities include:
- Supporting with administrative tasks across the team
- Preparing proposals, maintaining information on CRM system
- Point of contact, greeting clients/visitors, answering queries, transferring to relevant staff/department
- Monitoring incoming email inbox, forwarding as required, preparing outgoing mail
- General office admin tasks such as filling, scanning, copying documents and maintaining the office space
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Updating CRM with deals, quotes, reporting and campaigns
- Retrieving information, prepare and modifying documents inc reports and emails , completing monthly management reports
- Update website on training events and blogs
- Co-ordinate and organise consultant training materials
What do you need to apply?
- 6 Months - 1 years' experience within a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum GCSE C or above in Maths & English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail
