Honeycomb is supporting the recruitment of a senior administrator in a financial services organisation, based in Lisburn.

What would a typical day look like for you?
- Overseeing applications from opening to closing, within the desired time frame
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, guiding clients through the customer journey
- Ensuring all activity complies with regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with your team members to ensure a seamless process
- Inputting of sensitive data with accuracy and detail
- Identifying any potential problems and ensuring communication is kept seamless throughout the process
About you:
- You have at least 3 years' experience in either the Financial Services or Mortgages industry
- You are diligent, patient and enjoy working through processes in a timely manner
- You have impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal
- You are extremely organised and hold exceptional attention to detail
- You enjoy working as a team, supporting in the office where required
