Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a General Practice Law firm based in Dublin 2 to recruit for a Legal Secretary to support the Litigation Solicitor. The role is permanent, full time and on site. Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm.

The Role
The role of Legal Secretary is to provide administrative support to the Litigation Secretary and wider team. There is a strong emphasis on document production and dictation.
Typical duties include:
- Preparation of legal documents including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.
- Updating files on the case management system - Keyhouse.
- Typing / digital dictation -strong typing speeds required.
- Maintaining client files.
- Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, Counsel and other relevant individuals.
- General administration - post, phone calls, correspondence management.
Essential Criteria
- 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation.
- Experience using Keyhouse.
- Strong typing speeds
- Experience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.
Package
- €35 - €40K depending on experience
