Honeycomb is assisting a well established and highly regarded law firm in Dublin to recruit for a Legal Receptionist to join their team. This is a full time, permanent role and would suit someone with experience in a busy client facing role, preferably within legal.
The Client
Our client is a well known law firm in Dublin serving a wide range of clients in Ireland and internationally. They have been in operation for over 30 years, with offices close to transport links and ongoing training & development opportunities.
The Role
In this role you will be working as the first point of contact for all visitors to the firm & ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy a client facing role in a busy and high performing environment, this is a great opportunity to develop your career. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties, including:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
- Booking internal meeting rooms and related catering
- Managing various administrative tasks
- Dealing with queries

- You are an engaging and confident communicator
- You are well organised and can work on your own initiative
Package
- Salary up to €35,000 depending on experience
- Pension contribution
- 24 days annual leave
