The Role
The role of will involve providing PA support to the department head and administrative support to the team within the Disputes department with a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who works into top tier level and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is varied and compelling and is a trusted position working into Senior level.
The main duties of the role include:
- Diary management.
- Client billing.
- Document & report production.
- Managing emails & calendars.
- Accurately managing all filings.
- General administration.
- Producing and amending high quality documentation.
- Assisting with bids & tenders.
Essential criteria
- 3-5 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary into Senior Partner level
- Document Management and Billing Systems experience
- Experience effectively prioritising tasks
- A team focus and willingness/flexibility to assist others when required
- Eagerness to learn/develop skills and knowledge to continually improve
