Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a fast growing Insurance Business based in North Dublin, offering hybrid / remote working, to recruit for a number of Advisors to join their Personal Lines team. The Client The Client is a fast growing Insurance business that is growing by 30% year on year with plans to grow to 150 in 2025. They are located in North Dublin, and offer hybrid / remote working, allowing employees to have a great work / life balance and miss the daily commute. As a fast growing business, there is excellent opportunity for growth & progression and the company like to promote internally, rewarding staff for their hard work and loyalty. Job role The role of Insurance Personal Lines Advisor will be to manage Client booking and inquiries by handling Renewals, New Business, Mid term adjustments, in relation to Personal lines products including Motor, Household, Legal Expenses and Travel. Key duties will include:

• Secure Renewal retention for all classes of business
• Sell products to new customers
• Cross sell/Up sell products to Client Book as appropriate
• Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
• Operate Relay system proficiently

Essential Criteria

• APA or CIP certified
• At least 1-2 years Insurance experience
• Commercially driven and ability to meet KPI's
