HR Resourcing Administrator

Honeycomb is thrilled to be working with our client, a leading bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for an HR Resourcing Administrator on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be based in Belfast City Centre.

The Role:

• You will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources (HR) department.
• Assist with all recruitment and resourcing processes such as Identifying candidates, posting job adverts and screening CV's.
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and logistics are handled.
• Handling candidate paperwork and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
• Ensuring an efficient and smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

The Person:

• Have previous Recruitment or HR Resourcing experience.
• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
• Able to provide exceptional levels of service and attention to detail.
• Evident of providing excellent stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable experience of building strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• A detail focused person who ensures all work is of high quality.
