Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, a leading construction company, to recruit for a Helpdesk Administrator. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is confident in their field, to join a growing business, that puts progression at the core of its values. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering support within the Helpdesk team, to ensure day-to-day business runs both effectively and efficiently.
The position of Helpdesk Administrator is essentially the glue that holds the organisation together. You will be responsible for organising engineers to attend site, raising invoices, and providing a high level of service to anyone who contacts the helpdesk team. You will use your best judgement to take initiative when it comes to decision making and will benefit from the role being very varied. This opportunity is a brilliant role for someone with energy, passion, and the drive to succeed.
The right person for the role of Helpdesk Administrator will be someone coming with previous experience within a call centre environment, and/or a customer service background. You will be positive and enjoy a challenge whilst working in a team. The right person for this role will possess strong communication skills, and pride themselves on their customer service abilities.
