Honeycomb is working in partnership with a quasi-sector city centre based client in the recruitment of a versatile Executive & Stakeholder Assistant. Belfast, hybrid contract.
The Client - This client upholds strong prestige amongst its' wide range of public and private sector stakholders. With a Committee Board and Governance led Executive structure, the scope of the corporate business unit warrants further resource at present across a few strategic pillars. As a result, this is an exciting time for the CEO and hiring management team to bring on-board a top calibre support executive to assist in the coordinative management to support continual growth plans.
The Role - This fantastic opportunity sits as a credible initial temporary contract for the successful candidate and can lead to extension throughout a permanent capacity (eligibility to apply throughout the external campaign at a later date). Hybrid to a beautiful Belfast City Centre office site. Salary scope open as £26k-30k in accordance to suited calibre of experience with further attractive benefits. Reporting into the 'Head of Governance & Stakeholder Engagement'; typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Diary support & email management for CEO & hiring manager
- Stakeholder engagement
- Board / Governance support
- General Office Management support - facilities; stock and supplies etc.
- Events Coordination
The Person - Essential criterion includes:
- Previous Secretariat/ Office management or Executive level Support experience
- Versatile capabilities in support focused task orientation
- Corporate Travel & events.
- Sales support experience - CRM based data input / transactional invoicing
Desirable:
- Experience throughout tourism or events / hospitality sector
- Suited experience throughout a projects/ strategic business improvement
