Honeycomb is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic, growing organisation in the search for an Executive Assistant, part-time, between 24-30 hours per week.
The Company:
A newly created role, this is an opportunity for a seasoned EA to elevate the Managing Director and Directors whilst they continue to scale and develop an already hugely successful organisation.
Based in Belfast City Centre, this business provides consultative solutions to top-tier and well-known brands and businesses, securing high-profile long-term contracts and building solid relationships through the process. Working globally, they have clients in America, UK, Ireland and Europe.

What would a typical day look like for you?
- Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for Directors
- Provide comprehensive diary management, having autonomy to make decisions using initiative to resolve conflicts and exercise judgement on priorities
- Proactive itinerary planning, researching and considering reasonable alternative cost-effective travel
- Time and invoice management (usage of Xero)
- General administrative and project support
About you:
- 2-3 years experience in a professional services or agency environment as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Relationship builder and teamwork focused
- Confident with the ability to use own judgement and make decisions in order to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence
- Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems
- A flexible and professional approach, remaining calm under pressure
- An understanding or working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.) and Apple products, would be advantageous however not necessary
