Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable construction business, to recruit for a Document Co-ordinator, to become part an integral part of their growing team.

The successful Document co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting in both company and project documentation, ensuring all documents meet formal requirements within this interesting organisation.

The role of Document Administrator will involve maintaining an efficient document control system, responding to document requests from the wider team, preparing regular progress and compliance reports and assisting with internal audits. Attention to detail is key for this role, ensuring all documents adhere to company standards, along with upholding a strong line of communication between various external/internal stakeholders.

The successful Document Administrator will have demonstrable experience working in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment and possess high level organisational skills. The is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy role and can manage multiple cases simultaneously. Construction industry experience is desirable for this role, but not essential.

The package for this role offers a salary of £25,000-£28,000 and may be negotiable dependant on experience, along with additional company benefits. Full details can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
