Customer Service Representative – Banking

• This is a full time, permanent opportunity, Monday - Friday 9-5
• Hybrid working is available once training is completed

The Company

• A leading Bank in Northern Ireland, based in the heart of Belfast City Centre

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with customers at each stage of their journey with the bank to provide the best service. Duties include;

• Perform accurate & effective administrative tasks including data collection and input, in a fast paced environment
• Managing a high volume of email queries from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Confidently manage & service customer queries via incoming phone calls.
• Provide support to other areas of the bank if business volume requires.

The Person

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate;

• Experience dealing with customers in a professional manner
• A keen desire to solve problems
• Good knowledge of IT applications such as using email & internet
• Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads while working in a fast paced, service driven business

Desirable Experience

• Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Prior experience working in a fast paced environment
