Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, to join their team in Dublin 11. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that continues to grow from strength to strength. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced dynamic role.

The Customer service co-ordinator will act as the main point of contact for customers, both new and existing via telephone and email. They will be responsible for generating order quotes, processing orders, and maintaining all client information on system. In addition, The Customer service co-ordinator will work closely with the distribution team, to ensure delivery schedules are accurate and updated regularly, and customers are kept informed on expected time frames for arrival of orders.

The Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring full customer satisfaction, providing a detailed response to general queries, investigating debit notes, and raising any complaints where necessary.

The Right Person for this role will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have strong IT and systems experience and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background, that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company.

The Package for this role includes an attractive salary ranging from €35,000 - €40,000, with Mon - Fri working hours, and an early finish every Friday.
