Commercial Lines Handler

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading brokerages to recruit for a Commercial Lines team member to join their busy team in North Dublin. This role is perfect for a self-starter coming from an insurance background with a passion for top quality customer service. Must be CIP qualified and have a full clean driving licence. The Role The main purpose of this position is to provide all existing and new customers with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work on all commercial insurance to attract new clients as well as upsell/cross-sell and will have the opportunity to upskill and build on their experience. Key Duties

• Manage existing commercial clients
• Cross sell/up sell products as appropriate
• Sell products of commercial insurance to new customers
• Provide top-quality customer service at all times
• Operate CRM system proficiency
• Provide administration support as and when required
• Must be APA/CIP qualified
