Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading business intelligence business, to recruit for a Client Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced and exciting business, where no 2 days are the same. The client works with a large portfolio of partner organisations and is experiencing continual growth.

The role of Client Administrator involves working on client projects and delivering feedback on marketing campaigns. You will build strong relationships with a stakeholders and be responsible for representing the various service offerings. The business offers a wide range of commercial services which all support market growth. You will update client information and be proactive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The right person for this role will be an experienced customer support/business administration professional who is keen to develop within their career. This is a highly interesting role which involves using initiative and having fun whilst you work. The business has a great team culture, therefore someone team-focused is perfect for this position.
