What would a typical day look like for you?

This is an exciting role, where truly no two days are the same. Providing support across a team of over 100 staff, this opportunity is one where you will enjoy being proactive whilst dealing with a variety of priorities across the business, such as:

  • Facilities management - this state-of-the-art office requires someone to keep it in tip top shape!
  • New employee starters - with staff flying in from around the globe to be inducted in Belfast, you will be part of their welcome committee to assist with any coordination required
  • Property management/lease management for new starts
  • Maintaining the office
  • Organising client and team events
  • Being the main point of contact for any vendors/suppliers
  • Support the management team where required

About you:

This role requires you to think on your feet, be ahead of the curve and proactive.

To succeed in this role these skills are essential:

  • Organisational skills - ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and office events efficiently
  • Communication skills - strong written and verbal communication for interacting with customers, suppliers, team members
  • Relationship building - proficiency in maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Travel coordination - skilled in managing global travel arrangements, including booking accommodation, liaising with travel agencies
  • Multitasking - competence in managing various tasks simultaneously
  • Client services - meeting and greeting new and existing clients, providing a high level of service both internally and externally
