Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a Professional Services firm in the search for a strong Administrator to step into a newly created role. This role is based in Belfast City Centre and offers you an opportunity to fine-tune your administration skills within a professional services environment.

What would a typical day look like for you?
This role offers you the chance to provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse range of clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Administering Employee programs for external clients and customers
- Providing accurate, up-to-date information on relevant schemes
- Managing and verifying scheme data
- Sourcing quotes for both new and existing schemes, and compiling results for advisors
- Preparing and distributing client documents with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Handling the administration of scheme joiners and leavers efficiently
- Following up on outstanding client documentation
- Producing high-quality reports
- Responding to client queries professionally and promptly
You will have:
- At least one year of administration experience ideally within a professional services business
- A higher-level education or degree in any discipline
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking and analytical abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a high level of motivation and a willingness to learn
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
