What a Typical Day Will Look Like for You
This role is a great variation in administration, finance support and credit controlling and the idea is that you will gain exposure to the various departments within the business. You will be providing general administration, whilst interacting with the clients who are mainly insurance brokers and accountants. Utilising both email, and telephone to speak with the clients, you will have excellent communication both written and verbally. Working to deadlines you will prioritise workload, and work in an organised and efficient manner. In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining data bases, and client files with a high level of detail and accuracy in relation to data entry. You will be working with a knowledge of debt collection, AML and Vulnerable Customer profiles, to ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies.

Your Salary & Package
Salary- £21-23k (based on skills and experience)
Hybrid working model with sociable working hours.. no weekend work required!

Essential Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working within an office environment or administrative position. It is also desirable but not essential, to have experience within Financial Services.
Other requirements include:
- 5 GCSE's including Maths & English (Grades C or above)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A professional telephone manner with no issues engaging with clients via the telephone
- Ability to work both within a team and on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with all aspects of work
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
