Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a leading Bank in Northern Ireland to look for a temporary Asset Finance Administrator.

The Client is based in a large City Centre office and offers Hybrid working after an initial training period of 6-8 weeks. There is great potential for the right candidate to grow a career and work in a company regularly voted by its staff as a " Great Place to Work".

The Role

As an Asset Finance Administrator you will be responsible for :

  • Process asset finance applications for loans and leases.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, AML, KYC).
  • Support customers with queries and payment schedules.
  • Liaise with stakeholders like relationship managers and lenders.
  • Monitor accounts for payments and overdue balances.
  • Maintain records and prepare financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support for contracts and documentation.

The Person

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong IT skills with excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail in processing financial documents.
  • Ability to generate reports and manage financial records.
  • Understanding of asset finance products, loan structures, and banking regulations.

Desirable Criteria

  • Prior experience working in a Banking or Finance environment.
  • Previous experience working is an asset finance role.
