Honeycomb Jobs is delighted to assist our Charity Sector client to recruit a fulltime temporary Administrative Assistant within the Learning and Development team based in Belfast.

The Client - This organisation is a large charity would provide individually tailored support to people of all age ranges in the community. They are a large organisation spans over Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.

 

The Role - To be a member of the Administration team who responsible for the administration duties within a busy Learning & Development Department.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Process training data which includes attendance sheets and maintain up to date and accurate training histories for staff for staff in the organisation using an LMS system.
  • Produce various reports on a weekly and monthly basis which includes a, weekly training, grid, non-attendance, cancellations and attendance reports for the Head of Learning and Development.
  • Organise any external training as directed and ensure relevant paperwork has been completed and returned.
  • Daily record management: managing allocated email inboxes, answering telephone, ensuring queries to internal and external stakeholders are promptly and accurately answered.
  • Any other duties which fall within the administration remit.

 

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

  • Three years continuous office experience.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience of processing a wide range and high volume of data.
  • Knowledge and experience of the use of various MIS/LMS systems.
  • Sound IT skills (to include experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).

Desired:

  • ECDL qualification.
  • OCR/RSA Stage II Word processing or typing or equivalent qualification.
