Sourcing Specialist Opportunity - Belfast

Salary: £25,000-£28,500

About You

We are keen to speak to professionals who have a passion for relationship management or customer service, with strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines.

The Role-

As Sourcing Specialist, you will be supporting the wider team across a number of client accounts, assisting with sourcing top talent in the market.

Within the role, you will be responsible for a number of key areas including:

• Identify and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate information and recruitment activities.
