The Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Delivery Consultants across multiple client accounts. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service ethos, excellent relationship management skills, and a keen eye for talent.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Talent Sourcing & Pipelining
- Proactively identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Craft compelling job advertisements to engage a diverse talent pool and maintain an active pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs and role requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and competitor insights to inform sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Engagement & Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, updates, and interview preparation support.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed at every stage of their journey with us.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing diaries and logistics efficiently.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates, fostering a transparent and professional recruitment experience.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage the pre-employment screening process, ensuring all compliance checks, reference verifications, and right-to-work documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates, minimizing any delays in start dates.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and compliance documentation, ensuring GDPR adherence and internal best practices.
The Person
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be eager to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
Essential Criteria:
- A strong academic background, educated to A-Level (or equivalent qualification).
- IT proficient, with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
- A proactive and positive approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience within a recruitment-focused role, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment databases.
- Exposure to customer service or client relationship management roles.
